Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Six machined metal segments carry the load inside a SEBO TS-neck swivel, and 2950ER supplies the full set. They ring the joint between power head and neck, spreading steering forces so the head turns on metal instead of grinding plastic against plastic.

SEBO shows the segments as a six-piece set at position 116 on the ET-1/ET-2 power head diagram and at 116 on the FELIX sheet, with the DISCO floor polisher list carrying them at position 7. Change all six together. Mixing tired segments with new ones loads the joint unevenly, and the swivel keeps the notchy, sloppy feel that sent you looking for this part in the first place. The two neighbours on the same diagram wear at a similar rate, so pull the slide 2945GS at position 119 and the swivel neck bearing 2954 at 122 while the joint is open and judge all three together.
