Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The bearing stud (Part #R12093) is a replacement brush-roll support for the Rainbow PN-2E and PN-2 power nozzles. It carries one end of the brush roll and lets it spin freely on its bearing inside the nozzle.

A worn or damaged stud lets the brush roll wobble or bind, which shows up as uneven agitation, noise, and patchy carpet cleaning. If the roll no longer spins smoothly or rocks during use, the stud is a likely cause. A fresh stud steadies the brush roll so it turns true and grooms the carpet evenly.
