Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Koblenz bellows (Part #12-0645-7) is a replacement air passage component for Koblenz U310 bag and dirt cup models, cross-referenced to Koblenz 2505. The flexible bellows carries the airstream between sections of the vacuum while allowing the housing to flex and seal.

When a bellows cracks, splits, or hardens, air leaks at the joint and suction at the nozzle drops. Installing a sound bellows re-establishes a sealed air path so the full airstream reaches the dirt cup or bag.
