Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The 5201 belt (Part #8175123) is a replacement drive belt for Kenmore power nozzles. The belt links the nozzle motor to the brush roll so the roll spins and agitates carpet fibers as you clean.

Drive belts stretch, glaze, and crack over time, and a worn belt lets the brush roll turn slowly or stop while the nozzle motor keeps running. That shows up as poor carpet pickup and debris left behind. A fresh belt restores full brush speed and deep-cleaning action.
