Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 8413 is the belt cover built for the TurboCat EX's turbine-driven power nozzle. The molded panel closes over the nozzle's drive mechanism, keeping loose threads, pet hair and long carpet fibers away from the moving belt while holding that half of the housing shut.

Nozzle covers of this type tend to fail as a broken part rather than a worn one. Repeated opening for belt changes takes its toll on whatever holds the cover down, or the panel itself cracks after a hard knock against a table leg, a stairway edge, or furniture the nozzle catches at speed. Once it no longer sits down flush, it starts to rattle across the floor as you clean, and it will eventually work itself loose and separate from the nozzle entirely.

A cover that has come loose leaves the drive side of the head open to whatever it runs into next, so it is worth swapping out once it is cracked rather than waiting for it to actually fall off mid-clean.

This cover is sized for the TurboCat EX power nozzle specifically. If your air-driven head is a different design, compare the cover shape against your existing part before ordering, since these panels are molded for each nozzle individually and are not interchangeable across the line.
