Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Kirby part 145679A is the belt lifter lens for the 3CB Tradition, the transparent window set into the lifter that lets you check the drive belt at a glance.

Old lenses cloud over. The plastic yellows, hairline cracks spread from the edges where the holder grips it, and eventually a piece works loose. None of that stops the machine, but it does mean you are checking belt condition by feel instead of by eye, which is how a belt gets run until it snaps mid-job.

The lens presses into the lifter holder without tools, so this is a two-minute repair on a machine that is otherwise apart for a belt change. It is specific to the 3CB Tradition lifter, so match your model badge before ordering.
