Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This Royal flat belt ships as a 2 pack sized for the Royal CR50005 bagged upright. The belt loops around the motor shaft and brush roll, transferring spin so the roller agitates carpet and pulls debris toward the nozzle. Keeping a spare in the pack means the next change is ready when you need it.
