    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This secondary filter is the genuine replacement for the Bissell 9E01 vacuum, mounting at the top of the dirt-cup cage. As a secondary-stage filter, it catches the finer dust that gets past the cyclonic separation, protecting the downstream HEPA media and the motor from buildup.

    When this filter loads up with debris, airflow drops and suction suffers, while fine dust can push deeper into the vacuum. Replacing it on a regular schedule keeps the whole filtration chain working and your cleaning power consistent.
