    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This genuine Bissell Foot Head Assembly is the complete powered cleaning base for the AirRam Cordless Upright, fitting the 1984 series and 2144 series. On the AirRam, the foot head is the heart of the machine: it carries the brush roll, the direct-suction ducting, and the low-profile housing that lets the vacuum glide flat under furniture while pulling debris straight into the dirt tray.

    When the brush roll bearing fails, the housing cracks, or the head loses its seal, the AirRam's signature edge-to-edge pickup drops off. A full foot head replacement (Part #161-0318) restores that performance in a single swap instead of chasing individual internal components.
