Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 1641208 is the drive belt for Bissell's TurboClean carpet cleaning machines: the 3738 and 3738C, and the 3746, 3748 and 3748C.

The belt is the only thing connecting the motor to the brush roll, and it is designed to be the part that gives way if the roller jams. It stretches with heat and use whether or not it ever breaks, and a stretched belt slips, so the brush turns lazily, then only with the machine tipped off the carpet, then not at all. A hot rubber smell during use means it is slipping badly and should be changed straight away.

On these machines a belt change is routine maintenance rather than a repair. Fit it around the motor shaft and roller, check it runs straight, and spin the roller by hand before refitting the cover.
