Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Bissell brush motor drives the agitator brush on the 2920 Power Lifter Pet and related uprights. It powers the brush roll independently of the main suction motor, spinning the bristles that pull pet hair and ground-in dirt from carpet.

Brush motors can fail on their own while suction still works. Telltale signs include a brush roll that will not turn, a humming sound with no rotation, or a burning smell at the base. When the motor gives out, agitation stops and carpet cleaning suffers. A new motor restores brush drive.
