Bissell Brush Roll - 17G5 P...

$19.99

Product details

The genuine Bissell brush roll for the PROlite MultiCyclonic lightweight bagless upright, part 2032054. It fits the 17G5 and the 17G52 and 17G5H versions of the same machine.

The PROlite is a light vacuum, which means the brush roll does more of the work than it would on a heavy upright: there is less weight pressing the head into the pile, so worn bristles show up quickly. Look for bristles splayed outward or flattened along one stripe, and for a roll that no longer sounds crisp against carpet. Hair wound tight at the end caps is the other killer, loading the bearings until the roll drags and the belt starts to slip.

Cut the wrapped thread away before fitting the new roll, and check both end caps sit properly in their seats so it turns without rubbing the housing.
