We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details
A 13-inch brush roll, part 1636003, for Bissell's CleanView family. It fits the CleanView Rewind 3534, 3675, 3676 and 36762, the CleanView uprights 3533 and 3536, and the PowerForce Helix 3313 and 3313U.
Brush rolls wear from both ends. Bristles shorten and bend until they no longer reach into the pile, while the bearings at the end caps take in hair and grit until the roller squeals or grinds. Either way the machine starts leaving a trail of debris behind it on carpet, and the pet hair pickup that sold you the vacuum quietly disappears.
Cutting away wound hair and thread every few weeks does more for a roller's life than anything else. Most brush rolls are replaced because of what wrapped around them, not because the bristles wore out.
