We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the full brush roll assembly for the Bissell ProHeat 2X, part 2036686: six rows of bristles on their core, supplied with the axle. On a deep cleaner the roll works wet, driving solution down into carpet pile so the suction has loosened dirt to recover.
Wet bristles wear faster than dry ones and collect more hair, and a roll that has gone soft simply lays water on top of the carpet instead of working it in. The result is carpet that takes longer to dry and comes up no cleaner. Grinding at the ends, or a roll that stops turning under load, points at the bearings on the core.
It fits the ProHeat 2X 9200, 9300, 9400, 9500, 8920 and 8930, the DeepClean Lift-Off 66E1, 30K7, 80X9, 24A4 and 73H5, and the 1383, 1560, 1564, 1565, 20B4, 66Q4 and 73A5.
