Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This pre-motor dirt cup filter is the genuine replacement for Bissell canister vacuum models 1547 and 1654. Seated inside the dirt cup ahead of the motor, it captures fine dust that escapes the cyclonic separation, protecting the motor and keeping airflow strong.
