We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a genuine Bissell case drum assembly with hose, the central body housing of the vacuum supplied complete with its integrated suction hose. The case drum forms the main airflow chamber and structural core of the machine, and this version ships with the connecting hose already fitted for a complete repair.

Including the hose means you replace the entire central air path in one part — useful when the drum is cracked, the mounts are broken, or the hose has split or perished. A worn case drum or damaged hose causes air leaks, rattles, and weak suction. The full assembly restores a sealed, structurally sound airflow path.
