    Bissell lists part 163-8675 as the charger for its cordless Little Green portable carpet and upholstery cleaner, model 3682, along with the related 3682L and 3734 units. It is the wall-plug power adapter that recharges the machine's onboard battery: plug it into a standard outlet and connect it to the machine's charging port.

    A cordless spot cleaner is only useful between charges, and a charger that stops outputting power, whether from a frayed cord, a failed connector, or age, leaves the whole machine stranded even if the battery itself is fine. Swapping in a working charger is the first thing to try before assuming the battery has failed.
