We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details
This is the white body pivot clamp from Bissell's Healthy Home uprights, part 2031346, and it comes with its metal screws. The clamp closes around the joint where the handle body pivots on the cleaning head, the point that takes every push, pull and recline the machine ever sees.
When the clamp cracks, the handle develops play. It rocks side to side, the vacuum feels vague to steer, and in bad cases the body will not hold its upright position at all. Because the clamp is what keeps the pivot loaded, a broken one lets the joint chew itself out, so it is worth replacing as soon as the wobble appears rather than living with it.
It fits the Healthy Home 5770, 5990, 6100, 6400 and 6405, and the Heavy Duty bagless 50C9 and 93Z6.
