We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The clean water tank for the Bissell 2513, part 1618845. It is the reservoir you fill with hot water and formula before cleaning, and it feeds the spray jets through a valve in its base.
Tanks are the part most likely to be dropped on a hard floor or left with solution sitting in them for months. What fails is rarely the body: it is the cap seal, the valve seat, or a stress crack around the handle boss. The result is solution weeping onto the floor between uses, or a machine that sprays weakly because it is drawing air alongside water.
Replacing the tank outright puts a fresh seal and a sound valve seat back in one step, rather than chasing a leak through the plumbing. It seats in the original cradle on the machine. Confirm your model number before ordering.
