Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This pre-motor foam filter (Part #160-1502) is the protective foam element that guards the motor on Bissell CleanView upright vacuums. Seated in the airflow path before the motor, the open-cell foam captures fine dust that passes the dirt cup, keeping the motor clean and suction strong throughout each cleaning pass.

  • Material: washable open-cell foam
  • Stage: pre-motor protective filtration
  • Care: rinse in cool water, air-dry completely, then reinstall

It fits Bissell CleanView UPTS upright models 1319, 1322, 1330, 1331, 1332, and 1413. When this foam filter loads with dust it chokes airflow, weakens suction, and can cause the motor to overheat, so a fresh filter brings back full performance. Reinstall only when fully dry to prevent odor and motor damage. A clean pre-motor foam filter is one of the easiest ways to keep your Bissell CleanView upright at peak pickup.
