Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This brush roll, part 2032449, is the agitator used across a wide run of Bissell CleanView and PowerForce uprights, starting with the CleanView II 3576 and 3576H named on the listing.
It is a high-mileage part. Bristles wear shortest in the middle, where the machine is pushed hardest, so the first sign is usually a strip down the centre of each pass that stays dirty while the edges come up clean. Hair wound at the end caps is the other failure: it packs in behind the bearing until the roll stiffens, the belt slips and the whole nozzle smells hot.
