Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Bissell cyclone lever (Part #203-2443) is the small actuating lever associated with the vacuum's cyclonic dirt-cup assembly. It is the control that lets you release, latch, or operate the cyclone/dirt-cup mechanism so the bin can be emptied and reseated correctly.

Because it is handled every time the dirt cup is opened and emptied, the lever is a common wear point and can crack, stick, or break off. A broken lever can make the dirt cup difficult to release or fail to latch securely. Installing a new lever restores smooth, reliable operation.
