Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Bissell handle release pedal restores the recline function on the 1009 upright and fits Bissell 18082, 2598, 2612, and 2613. Pressing the pedal unlocks the handle so you can tilt the machine back and steer it under and around furniture.

A cracked or seized release pedal locks the handle upright or fails to catch, which makes the vacuum awkward to maneuver and hard to store. Installing the correct pedal returns smooth, positive locking and the full range of recline the machine was built with.
