Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Bissell dirt cup with debris door assembly (Part #203-1450) combines the vacuum's debris-collection bin and its hinged bottom door in one complete unit. The dirt cup captures dust, hair, and debris during cleaning, while the integrated debris door swings open at the press of a release to empty the contents straight into the trash.

Replacing the full assembly is the clean fix when the dirt cup is cracked or cloudy, the door hinge is broken, or the latch no longer seals. A damaged cup or door can leak debris and bleed off suction; a fresh assembly restores a tight seal and convenient drop-bottom emptying.
