Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Bissell dirt cup screen in lime (Part #203-6721) is the mesh filter screen that sits inside the vacuum's dirt cup. It acts as a pre-filter, catching lint, hair, and larger debris so they stay in the bin instead of clogging the downstream filter and choking airflow.

Color-matched in lime to its host machine, the screen gradually loads with fine dust and fibers and can tear or distort with repeated cleaning. A clogged or damaged screen reduces suction and lets debris pass into the filter. Fitting a fresh screen restores proper airflow and protects the rest of the filtration system.
