Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM grooved belt drives the brush roll on the Bissell Drive Easy, fitting model 2017 and related units. The belt connects the motor to the brush roll to deliver the agitation carpet cleaning needs.

Grooved belts grip better than flat belts and resist slipping, but they still wear over time. When the brush roll spins slowly or stops, replacing this belt restores proper power transfer and deep carpet agitation.

  • Fits: Bissell 2017, 3120, 3130, 31305, 31306.
  • Function: grooved drive belt for the brush roll.
