Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Bissell floor nozzle window is the clear viewing panel on the cleaning foot of the TurboClean carpet cleaner, models 3946 and 3948. The window lets you watch the dirty solution as it's pulled up off the carpet, so you can see when an area is clean and when it still needs another pass. A scratched, cracked, or clouded window blocks that view and can break the suction seal at the nozzle — this replacement restores both clarity and a proper seal. Part #164-4530.
