Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Bissell 7700 Big Green canister cleaner takes this foam pre-motor filter, part 2037082, in the airflow path just ahead of the motor. It is the last thing standing between fine dust and the motor bearings.

Foam ages badly inside a vacuum. It stiffens, then crumbles at the edges, and a piece that has gone brittle can collapse under suction and choke the airflow rather than pass it. The pattern owners describe is a machine that pulls hard for a minute and then fades, a motor note climbing as it goes, and real heat coming off the exhaust.

The foam can be rinsed in cool water between changes provided it goes back completely dry, because damp foam costs more airflow than dirty foam does. Once the surface stops springing back or the edges start shedding, no amount of washing will save it.
