Bissell Gasket - Dirty Wate...

Product details

This is the dirty water tank gasket from the Bissell Little Green, part 2035045, the seal that closes the recovery tank against the machine body so the vacuum path holds.

A gasket is a consumable. It compresses, hardens and takes a permanent set from being clamped shut, and once it stops springing back the tank no longer seals. What you notice is loss of pickup: the machine sprays fine but leaves fabric wetter than it should, because air is leaking in at the tank rim instead of being drawn through the nozzle. Dribbles down the outside of the tank point the same way. Nothing else on these cleaners mimics that combination, which makes the gasket a cheap thing to try first.

It fits the Little Green 1400 series along with the 14251 and the 9E02. Wipe the sealing face clean before fitting, since grit on the rim will defeat a new gasket.
