Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Gentle Clean brush card, Bissell part 2036700, clips onto the underside of the foot on a Flip-It hard floor cleaner and does the scrubbing. Sticky spills, juice or sauce dried onto tile or vinyl, need mechanical work as well as solution, and the card is what provides it.

Its bristles flatten with use, and a worn card slides over a dried mess rather than breaking it up, so the machine starts needing repeated passes on marks it used to take off first time. Cards clog easily too: rinse it after anything sugary so the bristles stay free and keep their bite.

It fits the Flip-It 5200, 5200B, 5200H, 5200P and 5200R, the Flip-It Select 7340, 7340A, 7340Q and 7340R, the PowerEase Wet and Dry 5200W, the Total Floors 2949, and the 6218.
