Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The handle is the part you steer with on every clean, and a cracked or loose grip makes the whole machine harder to push, lift, and store. This factory replacement bolts directly onto the upper wand to bring back a secure, ergonomic hold.

  • What it is: Complete upper handle assembly including the molded soft-touch grip
  • Fits: Bissell 3-in-1 lightweight stick vacuums, 38B1 Series and 1059 Series
  • Function: Provides the steering point and carry grip for upright stick and handheld conversion modes
