Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Bissell Hose & Handle Assembly (Part #161-6279) is the complete flexible suction hose and integrated handle used on Bissell Pet Hair Eraser upright vacuums. The hose carries airflow from the cleaning head to the dirt bin for above-floor jobs, while the handle houses the on-board tool attachment point. A kinked, cracked, or clogged hose is one of the most common causes of lost suction on these machines.
