Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A 9 1/8-inch multi-surface brush roll for Bissell's Adapt Ion, PowerLifter Ion and ReadyClean cordless stick vacuums, part 1616332. The bristle mix is set up to work on carpet and hard floors without swapping heads, which is what these machines are built around.
Bristle wear is gradual and easy to miss until you hold a new roll against the old one. Flattened or shortened bristles stop reaching down into carpet pile, and the machine starts pushing crumbs around on hard floors instead of sweeping them into the intake. Hair wound tight at the end caps adds drag that a small battery motor feels immediately.
It fits the Adapt Ion Pet 2-in-1 2286, 2286A and 22862, the Adapt Ion XRT 2387, 23873 and 23874, the PowerLifter Ion Pet 2482, and the ReadyClean 3190 and 31927. It comes pre-assembled and drops into the original bearing seats.
