We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Pacific Purple is the colour Bissell used on the PowerForce PowerBrush Pet XL carpet cleaner, and this is that machine's brush roll, part 1626472. Beyond the 3071 it fits the 3067, 3071C, 3072, 3072C and 3109.
A carpet cleaner's brush roll does the scrubbing that solution alone cannot. When the bristles flatten, splay or go missing in patches, the machine still sprays and still recovers water but stops lifting traffic lanes and ground-in pet mess, and you find yourself going over the same strip four times.
Hair and carpet thread wound round the shaft add drag, and a heavily wrapped roller can stall outright. Cut the wraps away every few uses and a new roller will keep its bite far longer.
