Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This pleated filter (Part #163-8010) is the primary dust-trapping element for the Bissell CleanView stick vacuum. Its accordion-folded media packs a large surface area into a compact cartridge, capturing fine dust and allergens while maintaining the airflow your stick vac needs for strong suction across carpet and hard floors.

  • Design: pleated media for high surface area and fine-particle capture
  • Function: primary filtration between the dust cup and motor
  • Care: tap clean or rinse, dry completely, then reseat in the housing

It is built specifically for the Bissell CleanView Stick Vac 3789 Series and 3797 Series. A dust-caked pleated filter is the most common cause of reduced pickup in these lightweight cleaners, so refreshing it returns the vacuum to full performance. For best results, keep the pleats clear and replace the filter periodically rather than letting buildup restrict airflow and strain the motor.
