    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This genuine Bissell Hand Vac Assembly is the detachable handheld unit for the PowerClean cordless stick vacuum, fitting models 4039, 4051, and 4205. The hand vac is the powered core of these 2-in-1 vacuums, lifting off the floor wand so you can clean stairs, furniture, vehicle interiors, and tight spots with the same suction power.

    Because it contains the motor and main suction path, a damaged or failing hand vac compromises the whole machine. Installing this replacement assembly (Part #164-6983) restores both handheld and stick-mode performance in one step.
