We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 2037597 is the pre-motor filter for the Bissell 23T7 Easy Vac, sitting in the airflow between the bin and the motor.
Its job is catching the fine dust the bin cannot separate, which makes it the filter that quietly decides how the machine performs. As it loads, airflow drops and the motor works harder for less: the classic pattern is strong suction on the first pass of a room and noticeably less by the last, along with a motor running hotter and louder than it used to.
Foam of this kind can be rinsed in cool water and put back once it is completely dry, and doing that regularly buys time between replacements. It does not last forever. When the foam stops springing back, starts shedding at the edges, or stays grey after a wash, fit a new one.
