Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Bissell Pre-Motor Filter Tray (Part #203-2335) is the molded holder that cradles the pre-motor (foam or pleated) filter inside your vacuum. Positioned in the airflow path just ahead of the motor, the tray keeps the filter correctly seated so dust and debris are captured before they can reach the motor and damage it.
