Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Bissell ProHeat tank filter (Part #203-6680) is the screen filter that fits the water tank of Bissell ProHeat carpet cleaning machines. It keeps debris and sediment out of the clean-water flow so only filtered solution reaches the spray jets and heater, helping the ProHeat lay down an even cleaning path and protecting the internal pump from clogs.
