We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 1600114 is the pump assembly with the auto-load receiver for Bissell's DeepClean Premier and Pet upright cleaners. It draws solution from the tank, pressurizes it and feeds the spray tips as you pull each row.
When it fails, the carpet tells you before the machine does: dry stripes where the spray has stopped, a row wet at one end and not the other, or a trigger that does nothing at all while the motor runs on happily. Mineral scale is the usual cause in hard water areas, and it builds gradually enough that people blame the tank first.
It fits the DeepClean Premier Pet 17N4 and its variants, the DeepClean Deluxe Pet 36Z9, the DeepClean Premier 47A2 family and the 80R4. Running distilled water with your cleaning formula slows the scale down noticeably.
