Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The separator spins the incoming airstream so dust and debris are pulled out and dropped into the dirt tank, while cleaner air continues on to the filtration stage. When the separator gets cracked, clogged with packed debris, or worn, you'll notice reduced suction and a dirt cup that fills unevenly or releases dust back into the air.
