Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The separator is the cyclonic core that spins incoming air to fling dust and debris into the dirt tank, leaving cleaner air to pass on to the filter. A separator that's cracked, clogged with compacted lint, or worn will rob the vacuum of suction and let dust escape back through the exhaust.
