Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine grey Bissell Separator Assembly (Part #161-6210) is the cyclonic separation unit for several popular Bissell bagless uprights. The separator uses centrifugal force to pull dust and debris out of the airstream and deposit it in the dirt tank, sending cleaner air to the filter. When it cracks, clogs, or wears down, suction drops and dust can carry over into the filter and exhaust.
