Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Bissell Sole Plate Assembly with Seals (Part #203-1732) is the lower base panel that covers the brush-roll chamber on your Bissell upright and channels suction across the floor. Supplied complete with its seals, this assembly maintains the airtight path between the nozzle and the suction motor that is essential for strong pickup.

  • Function: Encloses the brush roll and directs airflow into the suction inlet
  • Why seals matter: Intact seals prevent air leaks that would weaken suction on carpet and bare floors

Cracked plates, worn seals, or missing tabs cause whistling air leaks and reduced cleaning power.
