Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Bissell hose and handle assembly is the working business end of the SpotClean portable carpet and upholstery cleaner. The flexible hose carries cleaning solution to the surface and pulls dirty water back into the tank, while the integrated handle holds the trigger and spray controls you grip during use. A cracked hose or a worn handle leads to weak spray, poor recovery, and leaking, so replacing the complete assembly restores reliable spot cleaning.

As a Bissell OEM part, this assembly connects to the SpotClean body using the original couplings for a direct swap (Part #163-6057).
