    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This Bissell pre-motor filter (Part #203-1073) is the original-style replacement for vacuums using Bissell Style 8 and Style 14 filtration. Mounted ahead of the motor, it captures fine dust and debris before air reaches the motor, protecting the motor from grit and keeping exhaust air cleaner.

    A clogged pre-motor filter is one of the most common causes of weak suction in an upright vacuum. As the media fills with dust, airflow drops and the motor runs hot. Dropping in a fresh Style 8/14 pre-motor filter restores airflow and helps your vacuum maintain reliable cleaning power.
