Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Bissell Style 8 upper-tank foam filter (Part #203-1085) fits the upper tank position on Bissell LiftOff, PowerTrak, and CleanView uprights, including Model 6801. The soft foam media traps fine dust and debris drawn through the upper tank, keeping the air path clean and protecting downstream filtration.

Foam filters compress and load with dirt over time, which restricts airflow and weakens suction. Replacing the upper-tank foam filter restores proper air movement so your LiftOff or PowerTrak can pull dirt up and away efficiently. It is a small, inexpensive part that makes a real difference in how your vacuum performs.
