Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The dirt cup is the removable collection bin that catches dust, crumbs, hair and debris swept up by the sweeper's twin-brush mechanism. Over time the original cup can crack, warp, or lose its latching seal, leading to spilled debris and reduced pickup performance.

This cup is engineered to snap cleanly into place and empty in seconds, so you can keep your sweeper working between full vacuum sessions. It also replaces part 203-1323.
