We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details
The charging dock tray for the Bissell CrossWave Cordless, part 1620634. It is the moulded base the machine parks in between jobs, with the charger built into it — the tray both supports the vacuum upright and makes the charging connection through its contacts.
Trays fail in two ways. The plastic cracks or a locating rib snaps, so the machine no longer sits square and the contacts do not meet; or the charging side itself gives up, at which point a machine that looks docked simply never charges. If your CrossWave shows no charge light while it is sitting in the tray, the tray is the first thing to suspect, not the battery.
This replacement fits the Bissell CrossWave 2554, 2590, 2593 and 2596. Set it on a level surface and confirm the machine seats fully before leaving it to charge overnight.
