Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Bissell upper cord wrap is the molded hook mounted near the top of the handle that secures the power cord when the vacuum is stored. Over time these hooks crack or snap from repeated wrapping, leaving the cord to dangle; this genuine replacement restores tidy, secure cord storage.

The part fits a wide range of Bissell uprights, including model series 1328, 1330, 1331, 1332, 1334, 1413, and 14522, among numerous other UPTS-listed units. Because it carries no electrical load, installation is straightforward and simply snaps or screws into the original mounting point on the handle.
